Shipping and Delivery

To which locations do we offer delivery?

As a global enterprise, we take pride in offering our services to customers around the world. However, due to logistical challenges and safety concerns, we are unable to deliver to regions currently experiencing armed conflict or political instability.

Can I track my order?

You will receive an email with a tracking link, enabling you to monitor the delivery status of your order.

What if something happens to the shipment?

All our shipments are fully insured. In the unlikely event that your artwork is damaged or lost during transit, we guarantee a full refund of the amount paid.

The courier contacted me to pay an extra fee, why? 

If your order is stopped by customs, the courier will contact you to arrange payment of any additional costs. These charges must be paid by the recipient (buyer) of the parcel. More info in Legal Information (7.1)

About Artwork

Is the artwork displayed on the website all in stock? 

Please note that all artwork presented is subject to availability. Our collection is dynamically evolving, with pieces frequently transitioning to new homes. We encourage interested collectors to inquire promptly about the pieces that captivate their interest, to ensure the opportunity for acquisition.

How do I ensure the artwork is genuine?

In our commitment to authenticity and the value of our art, each purchased piece is accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity. This certificate guarantees the originality of the artwork and serves as a testament to its authenticity, prominently featuring the artist’s signature. This ensures that each piece you integrate into your space is genuine and distinctly yours.

We take immense pride in the integrity of our collection and in fulfilling the expectations of our collectors. The provision of an authenticity certificate with every purchase is a reflection of our unwavering dedication to transparency and trust, aligning with the highest standards of artistry.

Do we provide frames for the works?

Please note that, for the moment, we do not provide frames for the artwork we sell. As we operate without a physical shop, it is challenging to showcase the actual frames. We believe that selecting the perfect frame is a personal choice that should be made after purchasing the artwork. This ensures that you can choose a frame that best suits your taste and complements the artwork in your own space.

Custom Artwork Projects

We are excited to offer tailored artwork solutions for your specific project needs. Our process ensures that you receive high-quality, personalized art that meets your exact specifications. Here’s how it works:

1 – Initial Consultation and Sketch:

  • We begin with an initial consultation to understand your vision and requirements for the artwork.
  • A sketch of the proposed artwork is created and provided for your approval.
  • An upfront fee of €100 is required for the sketch (Amount that will be deducted of the total project amount after accepted and completed.)

2 – Project Initiation:

  • Once the sketch is approved, we proceed to the next phase of the project.
  • To initiate the project, a payment of 50% of the total project cost is required.

3 – Completion and Final Payment:

  • The remaining 50% of the project cost is due upon completion and delivery of the final artwork.
  • We ensure that the final product aligns perfectly with your initial vision and any feedback provided during the process.

Note: Project timelines are subject to the artist’s availability and ongoing projects.

Do we send email asking for payment information or verification?

We will never request your payment information via email, phone, or any other means.
